By accessing and using Email Signature Maker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Email Signature Maker is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create digital signatures through three methods:

• Drawing: Create signatures by drawing with your mouse or touchscreen
• Typing: Generate signatures by typing your name and selecting from various fonts
• Uploading: Upload existing signature images for processing

The Service is provided completely free of charge for both personal and commercial use. No account registration is required, and all signature processing occurs directly in your web browser without uploading data to our servers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

You Own Your Signatures: All signatures you create using our Service are your property. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the signatures you generate.

You are free to:

• Use your signatures for personal purposes
• Use your signatures for commercial purposes
• Modify your signatures after downloading
• Distribute your signatures as you see fit
• Include your signatures in any documents, emails, or materials

No Claim to Your Content: We do not claim any ownership rights over the signatures you create. We do not store, access, or have any rights to use your signatures in any way. As stated in our Privacy Policy, your signatures never leave your browser.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

• To create signatures for fraudulent purposes or to impersonate others
• To forge signatures of other individuals without their permission

• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials

Our Service: The Service itself, including its original content (excluding user-generated signatures), features, functionality, design, and underlying code, is owned by Email Signature Maker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Signatures: As stated above, you retain all rights to signatures you create. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

Third-Party Resources: The Service uses Google Fonts for signature typography. These fonts are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Font usage is subject to Google Fonts' terms of service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our Service's source code without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service without authorization

AS IS and AS AVAILABLE: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

Browser-Based Processing: Since all processing happens in your browser, the quality and functionality of the Service depends on your browser capabilities, device performance, and internet connection. We cannot guarantee consistent performance across all environments.

Maximum Extent Permitted by Law: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Email Signature Maker, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your signatures or data

• Any other matter relating to the Service

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Free Service: Because this Service is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that we have no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or corrections. Any assistance provided is at our sole discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Email Signature Maker and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your misuse of signatures generated through the Service
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted using the Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we may display a notice on our homepage
• Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
